1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These terms apply to bookings and services provided by PSMSB (A Sound Mind in a Sound Body), operated by Daniel Dean Stoker, a freelance licence holder in the DMCC Free Zone, Dubai, UAE (Freelance Licence No. DMCC-970126). By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

2. WELLNESS SERVICE, NOT MEDICAL CARE

PSMSB offers wellness and performance sessions using sound, light and nervous-system regulation methods, along with coaching. We are not a medical clinic.

Our sessions and readings do not diagnose, treat or cure any medical or psychological condition. They are not a substitute for advice from your doctor. Brainwave readings are wellbeing information only. Please do not stop or change any medication because of anything discussed in a session.

Please tell us before your session if you have a broken or fractured bone, epilepsy, sensitivity to flashing light, a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, or are pregnant, or if you have any other health concern you are unsure about. This helps us adjust your session so that you feel comfortable and safe. The vibroacoustic sound and the lights can each be switched off or changed, so we can tailor the session to you.

3. THE SOUND AND LIGHT PILOT SESSION

The pilot session is a 60 minute in-person session in Dubai Marina, priced at AED 99. Results vary from person to person and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. After your session, we will talk with you personally about whether a longer programme suits you. There is no obligation to continue.

4. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Payment is taken in full when you book, through Stripe. Prices are in AED. You will receive a confirmation after you book. Please give accurate information in your intake form.

5. CANCELLING AND RESCHEDULING

• You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. You can pick a new date and time through your booking link.

• If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session and ask for a refund, we will refund the AED 99 to your original payment method within 24 hours of your request. Your bank may take several more days to show the refund.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, or do not attend, we do not offer a refund.

6. MESSAGES AND MARKETING

Agreeing to marketing messages is optional and is not required to book. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

7. YOUR REPORTS AND OUR CONTENT

Your personal report is for your own use. All other PSMSB content, methods and materials remain our property and may not be copied or resold without permission.

8. LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY

To the extent the law allows, PSMSB is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the UAE.

10. CHANGES

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The terms in force when you book are the ones that apply to your booking.
